Eighth + Pine is the newest in the crop of Seattle’s hotel-condo projects. Developed by hotelier Salim Sayani of Executive Group of Companies in partnership with FANA, the project will be located on the edge of the retail district, in a newly developing neighborhood that includes Hedreen’s Olive 8 and Hanover’s Olivian Tower. 
Eight + Pine will house 150 hotel rooms and 200 condominium home
